People can become addicted to almost anything, especially if it’s passive and voiceless and exploitable. Thanks Pat, for recognizing animal-eating as an addiction. You’re a bit smarter than I thought (not that I was analyzing your INTELLIGENCE STATUS).
Raise to slaughter is PREMEDITATED murder. Drinking alcohol isn’t. Humans with animal transplants or even other human transplants have to take anti-rejection meds for life.
Like the alcohol addicted who were born craving a substance that is poison to them, all humans are born wanting thus needing mother’s milk. The weaning process from cow milk to cow meat was not the design, but the reality, with or without judgment.
The weaning process is supposed to occur naturally when baby can tip a glass. Instead, humans tipped the glass and the cow too. The weaning process is still there however, and we all use it in a myriad of ways.
Availability is key in overcoming any addiction until one can be in the presence of animal-eaters and not succumb.
Manipulating the availability is what the world will come to see as the means to the end of raise to slaughter industries and all the other industries that use animal parts in its products.
